Who actually responds to form submissions?
One of our principals, usually Travis. Every message goes to a real inbox and gets a real reply, typically within one business day. No intake coordinator, no SDR queue.
What does an engagement cost?
Most 90-day engagements fall in the $180k–$280k range, fixed fee, with outcomes written into the SOW. We’ll share a precise number after the briefing, not before. If budget is the blocker, say so on the call. We’d rather know early.
How much time will this take from my team?
Less than you expect. We do the work inside your existing cadence. Most engagements add roughly 4–8 hours per week of leadership time across a few senior engineers. Everyone else keeps shipping the roadmap.
Can you sign our NDA before we talk?
Yes. Check the box on the form and send your template, or email it directly. We usually turn NDAs around same-day. Mutual or one-way both fine.
Do you work with regulated industries?
Most of our work is. Payments, health, financial services, insurance: all fine. Security and audit posture get surfaced in the Assess phase specifically because most of our clients need them to be.
What if we decide to stop mid-engagement?
The SOW is structured around two phase gates. At either gate, you can stop and we pro-rate the remaining fee. We’d rather lose the back half of an engagement than push through one that isn’t working.
